When I ask women to share their main health goals many of them say: “I Want To Look Good And Feel Good”, admitting that they don’t feel good about the way they look and how they feel about themselves.

We get a lot of external messages to look a certain way. We are presented with a beauty standard that is far from what the reality is for most of us. That beauty standard is influenced by billion dollar industries including the health and diet industry and the media and when we fall short of reaching that standard we feel bad about ourselves.
Nothing has to change except the way you feel.
You do not need to change your physical appearance.You do not need to reach any health goals. Looking good is a given. Feeling good is a choice.
You are beautiful, attractive, lovely in every way, just the way you are.
I want you to really think about what would your life be like if you internalized it? If you believed it completely? If you lived as if it was true?
You can choose to feel good about yourself.
You can decide to focus on everything that you are doing and feel pleased and proud instead of focusing on what you’re not doing or should be doing and feel bad.
In fact when you start believing that you look good and start choosing to feel good you will see that your health is improving and that you are able to make progress in an easy and effortless way.
