You see, most women struggle with living a healthier life not because they lack knowledge and how-to. On the contrary, we know so much, read so much, tried so many things that we can all get a degree in nutrition and can come up with lists of things we can do to improve our health. But we don’t. And it’s not because we are lazy, or bad, or incapable, or weak, or lacking in any way. It is because we don’t have the support we need on our health journey.
Yes, we sometimes need guidance, especially since we are bombarded by so many experts opinions that constantly contradict each other until our head spins and we feel that we don’t know what is healthy and what is harmful. But what we mostly need is to feel inspired.
The Blue Zones
You know how sometimes you feel in “the zone” and can easily make healthier choices, eat the foods that love your body, exercise in ways that make you feel alive, feel so motivated that it feels effortless to make the healthier choices? And other times you just can’t be bothered, fall back on habits that make you feel tired and sick, start the guilt cycle again and wonder where your motivation has gone to?
Why does that happen? What is missing when you struggle?
Let me tell you about the blue zones.
Researchers, doctors and health experts have marveled at the “Blue Zones” phenomena, 5 places on our planets where large communities of people live into their 90’s and 100’s in excellent health. They are not bed ridden. They are not hooked to machines in hospitals. They are not crippled with old age. They are active and vibrant, a bit slower than when they were younger, but fully functioning and fully living.
What is their secret?
Every Blue Zone is different in term of climate, diet and lifestyle but what they all have in common is a strong connection to community. They live a life where they feel connected, supported, seen, heard, understood, cared for and loved.
Dr. Dean Ornish, a world famous cardiologist and health expert, wrote in his book ‘LOVE AND SURVIVAL’, that no other factor in medicine, “not diet, not smoking, not exercise, not stress, not genetics, not drugs, not surgery”, affects our health, quality and length of life more than feeling loved and cared for.
In our modern culture we are made to think that we can do it on our own and when we struggle and stumble, we think that the fault lies with us. It does not. You are not meant to go it alone. You are meant to be a part of a sisterhood, where other women see you and understand you, where you feel love and compassion, where you know you can be yourself and that no one will judge or criticize you. Being part of such a community can do wonders to our health, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
The Women Health Circle is such a community and my intention is to shower you with love and support so that you feel inspired every day to take the best care of your magnificent body and precious life.
How Does The Women Health Circle Work?
The Women Health Circle is a monthly membership that includes:
- Monthly modules/themes that we focus on each month.
- 2 monthly videos, one is a pre recorded class that you can watch at your own pace and one is a live gathering where we come together to share our journey, ask questions and get support.
- Monthly email recommendations that include food, recipes, journaling, practices and inspirations.
- Seasonal cleanses that will help you re-set your eating habits and heal your digestive system.
The Women Health Circle is multi-delivered so that you can participate in any way that works for you.
Some women participate in EVERYTHING!
Some women LOVE the monthly group meetings and some never come to them (they are recorded and you can watch them later).
Some women are visual learners and love to watch the recorded video classes.
Some women are auditory learners and like to listen to the classes.
Some women use writing as a transformation tool and find the journaling exercises to be super healing.

I am Rachel, a holistic health coach and Integrative Nutrition coach with over 35 years of experience working with women, guiding them to health and healing their relationship with food and their bodies.
I have been leading Women Health Circles for the past 15 years and I strongly believe that living healthy is a joyful experience and that every women can fall in love with a healthy life. My approach to health.
I know that every woman is brilliant, capable, beautiful and deserves to thrive on her own terms.
I believe that health and healing starts with learning self-love.
I teach a combined approach of a self-loving mindset, healthy and wholesome food choices and nurturing practices.
I focus on what you CAN do and not on what you SHOULDN’T do.
I embrace the ‘every little thing counts’ over the ‘all or nothing’ attitude.
I do not advocate any specific dietary system, I understand that every woman’s needs are different and ever-changing and teach you how to listen to your own body and your needs.
I emphasize food choices that are wholesome, natural, minimally processed and nutrient rich.
I offer easy, quick and fun ways to eat and live healthy.
I empower women to use the guidance and resources that are available to them while being in charge of their own health journey.
Every month we focus on a specific module (topic) to deepen our understanding and practice. Along with the monthly modules, the video recordings and email recommendations always include healthy eating and recipes, self-loving and self-nurturing practices and creating a loving and healthy relationship with food, our bodies and ourselves.

I have been practicing and teaching these seasonal cleanses for many years and I am so delighted to include them in the Women Health Circle. They are structures as 7-day cleanses but they are flexible and adjustable so you can do them for shorter or longer.
Eating seasonally and changing our food choices with each season will help boost our immune system, improve our digestion, increase our energy and help us feel in harmony and balance with life.

If you’re still not sure, you can join for one month and try it out, there is no contract and no commitment, you can cancel your membership anytime. What if I have specific health issues that are not addressed in the monthly classes?
You are always welcome to email me with any questions and requests of support. I often base my classes and recommendations on topics that most of the members are interested in. If you wish to meet with me one-on-one for additional consultations, we can have a chat about what you need and what I can offer. What if I cannot make the live call?
Every meeting is recorded and emailed to all the members of the Women Health Circle. If you missed one of the live gatherings, no worries, you can watch it later in your own pace/time.
What if I am camera shy and don’t like to be on live videos?
I totally understand. Please participate in any way that is comfortable to you. You can join the live gathering with audio and turn your camera off or you can watch the recordings later. The Women Health Circle content is delivered in multiple ways so every woman can participate as much as she can in any way she can. It is not required that you participate in everything to get the benefits of the circle.
Why is the Women Health Circle so cheap?
The monthly fee for the Women Health Circle is very affordable and that is intentional. I used to see private clients for long term programs that cost thousands of dollars and decided to switch to working with a membership group for two reasons. One, I wanted to help more women and seeing private clients only allowed me to help a handful. Two, there were many women that asked for my help but could not afford my private programs, I wanted to be able to work with many more women at a more affordable price. Because I am able to offer the same guidance and support to a larger group, I am able to offer it for a fraction of the price. The added bonus? You get a super supportive community and connections that will inspire you even more to live your healthiest life.
