The balsamic reduction infuses it with a tangy and sweet flavor.
Steam a large bunch of kale for 5 minutes and arrange on large plate
Peel and slice a red onion and sauté in olive oil until browned
Arrange onion in a circle around the kale
Slice strawberries and oranges and arrange on top of the kale
Dress with balsamic reduction:
Cook 1/2 a cup of good quality balsamic vinegar until it reduces by half.
Drizzle on salad.
