For all you chocolate lovers, myself included, a good for you chocolate spread made with hazelnuts and organic cacao beans, filled with antioxidants, proteins and fiber.

1 cup of raw hazelnuts
4 dates
4 dry figs

Place the hazelnuts and dry fruit in a bowl and soak with warm water for one hour. Drain and place in VITAMIX or food processor.

20 raw organic cacao beans
A teaspoon of stevia extract
2 Tablespoon of coconut milk
2 Tablespoons of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Blend until smooth. You can add a little more coconut milk to make it less thick.

It is wonderful spread on bananas or strawberries.
