Hello beautiful women,
I am super excited to offer this workshop, especially during these trying times. I have been flooded with requests from women who are feeling drowned by so much stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burn out and chronic fatigue. They are asking for help and advice so they can shed the burden and feel lighter, calmer and happier. If this feels like you, you are in the right place, this workshop was made just for you.
In this workshop I will outline the tools that I have taught my clients and groups with amazing results. You will receive real and practical steps that will change your health and life for the better. These steps have worked wonders in my personal life as well and I will share my own recovery story from debilitating adrenal fatigue.
We will look at the role of your food choices, the activities you’re spending your time on, the people in your life, what you need to do to fill your well and get replenished and how to shift your body into a healing, calming and joyful mode.
I will have a very special guest, my dear friend, colleague and writers coach Cindy Kochis who will guide us in the healing powers of journaling.
