Hello beautiful souls,

I have been working in the food and health field for over 30 years.
And I have been on a lifelong journey to create a healthy and happy life for myself and for the many peeps that join me on this amazing journey.

And it is great that we focus on what we eat, and how we exercise.

But do you stop to look at:

What You Think? 

One of the most powerful things you can do is look at the conversation that
is constantly happening in your head.
Especially anything that starts with I AM.

Many women that I work with want to create a healthier body.
They want to lose weight.
Have more energy.
Feel in control of their choices.
But never stop to examine how they talk to themselves.

Did you know that your words and your thoughts have power?

They are actually like sending orders to the universal menu.
They create the reality of your life.
They are messages you give yourself and the world.
And they will bring you what you ask for.
Only thing… You don’t really know that this is what you are asking.

For example:
If you want to have more energy
And you are walking around saying and thinking:
I am tired
I am tired
I am tired
Your mind creates more tiredness!!!

I AM is a very powerful word of creation.
What you say you are you will be!

So lets start changing our I AMS.
Think about what you want to bring into your life.
And state it in a positive and affirming way.

I AM FULL OF ENERGY 
AND I AM EXCITED ABOUT MY DAY
Is a great way to invite what you want into your life.

I AM affirmation don’t have to FEEL true.
There might not be evidence that they exist.
You might still feel tired.
But stating them is like sending a request to your mind and to the universe.
And that request will be answered.
Sometimes it just takes a little time…

Think of I AM affirmations as planting seeds of flowers.
You plant them.
You water them.
You wait.
And wait.
And wait some more.
And then they sprout.
And grow a little more each day.
And with the right care you will have a beautiful flower garden.

The right care is surrounding yourself with messages that tell you that you are what you want to be.
Start your day by writing down a list of I AMS.

I AM WELL.
I AM JOYFUL.

I AM RADIANTLY HEALTHY.
I AM BEAUTIFUL.
I AM THE PERFECT WEIGHT.

Start an I AM journal.
Make I AM art to hang on your wall.
Say it to yourself over and over again.
And with time your beautiful life will start to sprout and grow.
