Quick and easy and perfect for breakfast, but great anytime.
This recipe is filled with:
~Protein from the tofu
~Fiber, vitamins and minerals from the kale
~Wonderful flavors from the herbs and spices
Heat up a little coconut oil or ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
Add a bunch of washed and chopped kale and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Add a block of tofu that was mashed with a fork and stir.
Add chopped garlic, turmeric, chopped cilantro, pepper, sea salt, and a little drizzle of sesame oil, mix well.
Cook for 5 more minutes.
Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
The turmeric colors the tofu yellow and makes it look like scrambled eggs.
