This treat is everyone’s favorite, young and the young at heart! It is included in my cleanse program because it has natural and good for you ingredients. And if you have kids, make it together, my son loves to whip up a batch!
No processed sugar
A lot of yumminess!
1 cup cashew butter (I like this brand)
1/2 cup date syrup
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a pot and warm on low flame, stirring constantly, just until smooth (don’t overheat).
Add 7 cups of brown rice crispies cereal (no or low sugar) and mix well.
Flatten in a pan and squeeze down firmly, using wet hands, it is quite sticky.
Refrigerate for a few hours until it’s nice and solid.
Cut into squares and store in a glass container with lid in the fridge.
