Very easy to prepare, just throw everything into your powerful blender, I recommend to use a Vitamix, and blend until smooth.
2 peeled large carrots
1/2 apple, cored
1/8 onion, peeled
1 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger root
1/2 inch piece of peeled fresh turmeric root
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds or prepared mustard
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
A little water to blend to desired consistency
This makes a big batch that you can use many times. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar and use within one week.
