What interesting and challenging times we live in. With so many unknowns and as the situation with the corona virus changing the face of our planet every day, what can we do?

Following the recommendations of the CDC, the medical community and our officials is the most important thing right now, but there is still a lot more you can do. I believe that all of us and especially women are called to take care of ourselves first, make sure we are the healthiest we’ve ever been and practice self-care like we never did before. We need to do it for us, for our loved ones and for the world.

In this workshop I will teach why reducing stress is so essential to a strong immune system and share with you practices and foods that will make your body strong, your immune system rocking and will take your health and self-care to the next level.
