Facials…
Ahhh…
Such a feeling of luxury
Relaxation
Pampering
And self care
Who doesn’t love a facial???

I adore going to a spa
And getting facials
Just like the next girl
But the high cost?
Not so much
And the chemical and artificial ingredients
In most cosmetic products?
Even less

So I will splurge on the occasional facial
In a holistic spa
That uses all natural products

But for my regular self care
It’s facials at home
I especially love face masks
And one of the star ingredients
In home made masks
Is avocado

Avocado is rich in nourishing oils that feed and moisturize the skin.
It is high in vitamin A that naturally exfoliates the skin and gets rid of dead skin cells.
It helps minimize wrinkles and gives skin a radiant glow.

Avocado can be combine with other beneficial ingredients
To create a variety of masks

Here are three facial masks
And also one hair mask for you to try at home
Please use organic ingredients
As much as possible

Avocado Hair Mask
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 tablespoon of honey
2 Tablespoons of coconut oil
(Another great hair moisturizer)
Mix well until creamy
Apply to hair
Cover with a shower cap
Rest for 20 minutes
And shampoo with warm water

Basic Avocado Face Mask
